About the Program

NSP Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses CS (Minorities) 2023-24 is an initiative for minority community students who are pursuing technical or professional courses at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. The scholarship is being offered by the Ministry of Minority Affairs (MoMA), Government of India. The scholarship aims at providing suitable financial assistance to meritorious and underprivileged students belonging to minority communities to enable them to pursue technical and professional courses. The selected candidates will receive course fees and maintenance allowance.

NSP Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Minorities  2023-24

Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must – 

  • belong to Minority communities (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jain, and Parsis/Zoroastrians)
  • be pursuing a technical or professional course at the undergraduate or postgraduate level from a recognized institution
  • have secured at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination
  • have an annual family income of less than INR 2.50 lakhs from all sources

Benefits

The selected candidates will receive the following benefits –

Rate of Scholarship (Course Fee) INR 20,000 per annum subject to actual whichever is less
(for both Hostellers and Day Scholars)
Maintenance Allowance INR 1,000 per month for ten months for Hosteller
INR 500 per month for ten months for Day Scholar
Scholarship for Listed Institutes Full course fee is reimbursed for 85 listed institutes*

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps –

Step 1: Click on the ‘Apply Now’ link below. 
Step 2: Navigate to ‘Applicant Corner’and click on ‘New Registration’.
Step 3: Now click on Click here for other Scholarship Schemes hosted on NSP for AY 2023-24′.
Step 4: Read the guidelines carefully, select the undertaking, and ‘Continue’
Step 5: Select the state of domicile, scholarship category (Pre Matric), scheme type (scholarship scheme), gender, and write the applicant’s name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID.
Step 6: Provide the bank details (Bank name, IFSC Code, Account Number)
Step 7: Select Aadhaar or Bank Account Number as identification detail and click on the ‘Register’ button.
Step 8: The mobile number will be verified and an OTP will be generated.
Step 9: Now, log in using OTP and fill the application form.
Step 10: After successful submission of the application form, an application ID and password will be generated which can be used for future references.

NoteAll the applicants are advised to fill the form correctly, no changes can be made once submitted. The applicants are also advised to fill in only one application as multiple applications will cancel the form.

About the Program

NSP Pre Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities 2023-24 is an initiative for the students of Class 9 & 10 of minority communities. The scholarship is being offered by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India. The NSP Pre Matric Scholarship will be awarded for studies in India in a Government or private school including residential Government institutes and eligible private institutes that have been selected and notified by the respective State Government and Union Territory administration in a transparent manner. The scheme aims to encourage parents of minority communities students to send their school-going children to school, lighten their financial burden on school education and sustain their efforts to support their children to complete school education. The selected candidates will receive admission/tuition fees and maintenance allowance.

NSP Pre Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities 2023-24

Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must – 

  • Belong to the minority community (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, and Zoroastrians/Parsis)
  • Be studying in Class 9 to 10 in India in a government or private school including residential Government institutes and eligible private institutes selected and notified in a transparent manner by the concerned State Government and Union Territory Administration
  • Have secured at least 50% marks in the previous final examination
  • Have a family income of not more than INR 1 lakh per annum from all sources

Benefits

  • Admission fee for Class 9 to 10 (Both Hostellers and Day Scholars): INR 500 per annum
  • Tuition fee for Class 9 to 10 (Both Hostellers and Day Scholars): INR 350 per month
  • Maintenance allowance for 10 months in an academic year (Day Scholars): INR 100 per month for Class 1 to 5
  • Maintenance allowance for 10 months in an academic year (Both Hostellers and Day Scholars): INR 600 per month for Hostellers and INR 100 per month for Day Scholars

  • Income Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the State/UT Government
  • A self-certified community certificate from the applicant who has attained 18 years of age (Note – For minors/below 18 years of age the community certificate certified by a parent/guardian is required.)
  • Self-attested marksheet indicating that the applicant has secured not less than 50% marks in the last qualifying exam at a higher secondary/graduation level
  • Bank account number of the student with the IFSC Code of the bank branch (Note – The students who do not have their own bank account, parents/guardian can provide their own account details).
  • Aadhaar number of the student and if aadhaar is not available then bonafide student certificate from the school/institute and scanned copies of bank passbook and aadhaar enrolment ID (if applied for aadhaar)
  • Bonafide student certificate from School/Institute (Note – If School/Institute is located in a State/UT different from domicile State/UT of the applicant.)

NoteThe format of the file documents must be.pdf and .jpeg and the size of each document should not exceed more than 200 kb.

About the Program

Tata Capital Pankh Scholarship Programme 2023-24 is an initiative of Tata Capital Limited to support the higher education of students belonging to economically weaker sections of the society. Under this scholarship programme, the students studying in Classes 6 to 12 or undergraduate (general and professional) degree programmes will be provided with financial support to fulfil their academic dreams. 

Tata Capital Limited is a renowned financial services company of Tata Group. As part of its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiative, the company has introduced this scholarship program to bring about a positive change in the society by supporting the education of deserving and needy students. The company runs several CSR initiatives in the areas of Education, Skill Development, Environment, and Health.

Tata Capital Pankh Scholarship Programme for Professional Undergraduate Courses 2023-24

  • An applicant must be enrolled in a professional undergraduate degree programme like Engineering, Medical, Law, etc. at a recognized institute in India.
  • They must have scored at least 60% marks in the preceding class.
  • The annual family income must be less than or equal to INR 4,00,000 from all sources.
  • Children of employees of Tata Capital & Buddy4Study are not eligible.
  • Open for Indian nationals only.
  • Up to 80% of tuition fees paid by student or up to INR 50,000 (whichever is less)
  • Photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card)

About the Program

GEV Memorial Merit Scholarship for Law Students is an initiative of GEV Scholarship Fund Trust that aims to provide financial support to meritorious law students and help them pursue quality legal education at premier Indian institutes. Under this scholarship, the students who are pursuing law education at undergraduate or postgraduate level get scholarships up to INR 2,00,000 per year to cover their academic expenses. The program also offers opportunities for mentorship to the selected candidates, creating a robust community of young law scholars.

GEV Scholarship Fund Trust has been started in the memory of the 13th Attorney General of India, Late Dr. Goolam E. Vahanvati to support young law aspirants.

GEV Memorial Merit Scholarship for Law Students 2023-24

Eligibility

Students who wish to apply for GEV Memorial Merit Scholarship must fulfil the following eligibility criteria. They must:

  • be an Indian citizen
  • be already enrolled in any year of an LLB/LLM degree course at a recognized law institute in India, or have applied for CLAT, LSAT-India, AILET, or any other law entrance exam
