Terms and Conditions of ONGC Scholarship 2023

1. Half of the scholarships are designated for female students.
2. The scholarship funds will be disbursed annually upon the completion of the academic year, directly deposited into the student’s bank account via the ECS facility.
3. Once granted, the scholarship will be renewable each year until the student finishes their course, contingent on the student’s progression to the next academic year.
4. To ensure scholarship continuation, students must maintain a minimum academic performance of 60% or a grade point average of 6 out of 10 in each semester examination.
5. The scholarship will be terminated if the student is not promoted to the next academic year by their respective institute, college, or university.
6. To renew the scholarship, students are required to submit an ‘Application for Renewal’ in the specified format.
7. If a student subsequently receives a different scholarship after being awarded the ONGC scholarship, they must reimburse the entire scholarship amount received from the ONGC Foundation.
8. The selected candidate should not be concurrently benefiting from any other scholarship or financial aid from any other source, with the exception of students receiving tuition fee waivers or tuition fee reimbursements from the State Government, who remain eligible for this scholarship.
9. This scholarship is applicable exclusively to full-time regular courses.
