Biometric Authentication for NSP Scholarship: Full Process 2023 – In order to streamline the scholarship distribution process via the Ministry of Minority Affairs, the Government has examined the findings from the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER)’s physical verification procedure carried out during the 2022-23 academic year. This review identified various irregularities pertaining to the validity of educational institutions and recipients. To tackle these issues, the Government has opted to reanalyze the submissions and verification data of SNO/DNO/INO/HoI/applicants. This task will involve a targeted initiative using Biometric Authentication for NSP Scholarship.
All pertinent stakeholders (SNO, DNO, HoI, INO, and applicants) must revise their Aadhaar details on the NSP portal according to the provided guidelines. This task needs to be finished by August 20, 2023, to guarantee uninterrupted Aadhaar authentication. For applicants below 18 years of age, updating the Aadhaar particulars of their parents or legal guardian is obligatory.
